Blair

Bath toilet was leaking on floor and we had to insist upon a room change. New room had water damaged floor so appears to be an issue. Only two bath towels and two hand towels provided, so my wife had to use one of them to remove her makeup. Front desk made big issue of this, displaying three large photo printouts of the offense and apparently wanted to charge us for the hand towel. Absurd. Otherwise ok.

The hotel was extremely nice and supper friendly. It was really a 5 star hotel. Great breakfast, and great service all around. They also provided a free round trip shuttle from the airport.

Absolutely gorgeous property, and the rooms rival any Westin i have ever stayed in! If you opt for the breakfast spread, it is unbelievable! Airport shuttle service is slso the best, taking maximum 10 minutes to get there.

Perfect airport hotel for our early departure. Helpful staff. Clean modern room was good size. Fitness room to get some steps in. Did not use pool. Very nice restaurant for dinner. Found prices to be quite reasonable. Breakfast buffet is very good. Shuttle takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport. Only goes once per hour, but left exactly on time.
