The layout of the room was awkward. The bathroom sink was located separate from the shower and toilet under a "shelf" with no vanity. The end of the bed was very close to the wall. We hit our foot against the bed several time while passing by.

the property, room is quite old already. the room is not property cleaned. floor was dusty, sofa is very dirty and old, I just asked for an extra duvet to cover it so we can sit on it. but the location is excellent. just right outside of emsphere mall, near terminal 21 and 2 mrt atations. breakfast buffet us also great with many food options.

Love the property's location. The hotel and our room was clean and comfortable. It was across the street to the mall and about 10 minutes to both East & West malls from the hotel. Staff were super friendly, and was accommodate my simple request. We made friends with some of them. We will come back to this hotel if given a chance.

Good Hotel on Sukumvit

Great location between PromPong and Asok BTS train station. Shopping and restaurants and good massage centres are within 15 minutes to hotel. Good crews work in S31 hotel. I enjoyed separate shower and bath tub. Rooms were clean. Good gym, but some faulty machines need to be upgraded

What a great place to stay. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond to help accommodate your needs. Jack was working the doors in morning while we exited and always greeted us and conversed with us. He would also ask what are plans were for the day and if they had anything the hotel offers to make the day easier or if they could provide transportation. The hotel is just a 5 min walk if that to the BTS and it is very easy to get around the city with it. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. It’s truly a five star experience.

The place has good staff- but the rooms were very dirty and the carpets are old the couches had stains on them - shower heads old- tv in the room doesn’t work- my safe in the closet died after the first day of staying and they tried to replace battery but still had issues- the spa isn’t working or closed- the wifi is weak in the room- towels are very old and robes the same. I wouldn’t recommend.

Holiday in BKK - S31 Hotel

It was a very comfortable stay from 27 - 30 Oct with a seamless check in to my room. Concierge staff were all very attentive to my needs, especially Mr Jack when I had trouble getting transport to my destination. Location of the hotel was directly opposite the new EmSphere Shopping Centre which was fantastic ! and also near to Phrom Phong BTS. Wish I had stayed longer...
