She said I need to cancel with agoda. Needless to say, agoda contacted them to refund me and they refused. They just care about money no customer service.

This is an outstanding hotel and perhaps one of my favorite of all times ! Great breakfast buffet , great staff, clean and modern room with all the bells and whistles! A ton of shopping and dining options nearby. I had the 2 level suite with a great city view ! Definitely recommend this place and will be back for sure

Very good. But smell of cigarettes.

Very comfortable to stay. Friendly staff and very convenient location. Only one concern was smell of cigarettes. Would be better to set all rooms as non-smoking like other international hotels do.

It’s Regular rooms are better maintained

As a regular to S31. This time I chose the superior room that is like a junior suite. Upon entering the room; the musky smell of a room unused was evident. Nice big room with pantry area and big refrigerator. The shower water pressure wasn’t strong enough compared to the smaller rooms. There were smoking guest in neighbouring rooms as the smell of burnt tobacco was strong on the 12th floor. After this week’s stay I now prefer the 13th floor regular rooms which we get out of the lift and walk up spiral stairs or use the auxiliary lift. Excellent location and good breakfast spread.

Junior suite, lovely and spacious suite with plenty of light and good view! Bathroom very spacious with good amenities. Breakfast is good quality and a lot of variety for all. Only thing was noisy air conditioning to sleep with but other than this a great stay!

The layout of the room was awkward. The bathroom sink was located separate from the shower and toilet under a "shelf" with no vanity. The end of the bed was very close to the wall. We hit our foot against the bed several time while passing by.

the property, room is quite old already. the room is not property cleaned. floor was dusty, sofa is very dirty and old, I just asked for an extra duvet to cover it so we can sit on it. but the location is excellent. just right outside of emsphere mall, near terminal 21 and 2 mrt atations. breakfast buffet us also great with many food options.
