Not a bad place to land in Bangkok.

The hotel is okay, the rooms are not bad and the service is very good. The only issue I had was around the bar as the bartender does not really know how to make mixed drinks and their wine is out of a box. The one advantage is that it is next to Hua Lampong subway station and there is a Starbucks right beside the hotel. It is a few minutes away from Chinatown if you like that area.

Nice place, unlike many places in Patong this place looks just like the pics! Very clean and up to date with a great staff. Away from the street noise, but close enough to join up with friends, shopping or hit the beach within minutes. It is up a steep hill however, so it's great for exercise lol. Don't fret, taxi service available at the door as well as scooters right at the hotel. Enjoy!

The hotel is clean and comfortable, no bells or whistles. Centrally located, close to chinatown. Reception is on level 12 so upon entering the building, it was somewhat confusing.

The breakfast was good and the fitness center is good too. The room was connected to another room by a door and there was some sound transference between the rooms because of this, but it was a minor annoyance.

A nice tidy hotel close to China town. Also easy access to trians and ferries. Hotel is comfortable with large rooms and bathrooms. Pool area is also good.

Overnight only but great spot for sights! Only two gripes. Overpowering scent in room, couldn’t find the source but thought it might be coming through with the air conditioning units. Breakfast was woeful for European consumption. Sausage and bacon were both cold as was the coffee from the machine.

I do not recommend this hotel for many reasons: their wifi is terrible (often, it wouldn't connect at all to my phone or computer); there was limited hot water; they charged me $90 USD for laundry service when it wasn't that many items and they did not come back smelling good* - they were fine, just not great - and definitely not worth the cost; the area around the hotel is fairly dirty and has homeless people living on the street just outside. I would say the pictures on Expedia are fairly deceiving - they definitely took the best, wide angles that they could. Also, breakfast was gross. The good aspects of this hotel were that the general location was good (just not the cleanest or nicest immediately around it), and the staff were kind and helpful.

Good value for money

Service was very friendly. The gym, pool and included-breakfast are commendable for a hotel. One negative is the opportunistic floating concierge person selling lical rides for cheap. Once you are passed onto an unlicensed driver, you are encouraged to stop at a souvenir store for ’5 mins’ on route to the destination. That’s when you know you are being gamed.
