Bad Smell

We stayed one night at the hotel very convenient for the airport, and the first view when we arrived at the hotel is impressive excellent people at the front desk even a little english but my big concern was when we open the door at the bedroom, a strong smell who we could not identify the odor was like old carpet or furnitures or air filter but very uncomfortable and we didn't say anything just because we needed to sleep a few hours and leave, just consider our complain because is a Good hotel and you the problem need to be fixed. thanks

The hotel is very well located right next to the airport, that is the reason we booked it. The room is nice but what I didn’t like is that the corridor smells like humidity and it is very strong smell. The room smelled a little like humidity but when the AC started working it went away. The room and corridor is a little outdated but the lobby is nice. The shuttle to the airport is included on the room fee and the staff of the hotel is nice. The restaurant is good, it offers buffet and a la cart and has good choices. The hotel also has few shops that are reasonably priced to buy some last minute gifts. Hopefully they can fix the strong humidity smell is overwhelming and I will stay again if needed.

Great for a short stay

Easy access from Suvarnabhumi airport, so the perfect place for a short stay. The best part of the hotel was the stay counts from 24hours after you check in. Perfect if you flight arrive or depart late at night. There is a shuttle from the arrival hall or you can walk via the underground from level B of the airport. Rooms and bathroom a little bit dated, comfortable stay nonetheless. Only issue was probably the drainage in the shower, water seems to pool at your feet and overflow if you shower more than 4-5mins. The gym was good and accessible 24hrs, plenty of space with all the machines you could think of. Towels and water available. Used the pool too. Decent length so lap swimming can be done.

Very convenient to the airport. A Hyatt van was waiting to take us to the hotel. Staff was attentive and check-in was seamless. The room was clean but was worn and needs updating. Stains on the carpet and furniture.
