the staff make the stay here. from the upgrade on check-in to the very very help concierge staff. I cant praise the hospitality enough and I would recommend the Mercure to everyone. The location is supreme with many good restaurants nearby

The mercure is in the heart of restaurants and entertainment areas. All is within a short walk. The hotel itself is beautiful and The staff are very helpful and obliging. I would definitely recommend and stay again

Excellent Hotel in the best location

This was the first hotel I ever stayed In Thailand back in 2012 when it was the President Palce. Still a fantastic hotel (maybe not just as nice) Great location don’t really have any complaints apart from the price (£115 per night) which is just way over the top which means i wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

A hidden gem 💎.

Very comfortable with nice pool and adequate gym. Buffet breakfast is one of the best! Staff is super. Extremely clean throughout the facility. Definitely staying again.

The Mercure 11 is a pretty decent hotel in the middle of a very busy area. The area it self has seedy element around it, but also tons of food and shopping. The room itself was pretty nice - spacious and well decorated. My issue came from the smoke detector in my room that was blinking all night and made it difficult to sleep. The pool area was really nice and ample warm towels were available. Bombay at the lobby was great and really helped out with getting my room ready early and attending to whatever else I needed. Overall, a pretty good hotel.

My go to hotel on sukumvit soi 11 such a great location..This time I was given a different room, small,small window end room, normally there are some complimentary drinks in the fridge, not this time even tho I booked the exact same room as last time.. Great pool area and great, friendly staff

We had such a lovely stay at Mercure Sukhamvit 11. The room was clean and spacious (we had a family room) and the breakfast buffet was fabulous... we particularly liked sitting on the terrace and watching the world go by. Mercure is well located for transport and within an easy walk of the Terminal 21 mall (and its amazing food court). The staff were also brilliant. Particular shout outs to Wan in the cleaning crew and to Addison and Kit at the concierge desk. I'd absolutely stay at Mercure Sukhamvit 11 again, we had a great stay.
