We stayed there for 2 nights about a week after the earthquake. Everything was great! We just love the easy access to the Terminal 21 shopping center! Its an enclosed bridge. You don't even have to go outside. The hotel breakfast is always excellent. Overall a great place to stay in Bangkok

Very clean and quiet. I stayed for two nights. Microwave and mini fridge in the room. Beautiful view. Attached to a shopping centre with everything in it that you could possibly need for your stay.

This is our return stay at the hotel. The same type of room is bigger this time. No VIP upgrade. We did received the two drinks. The room is facing the pool and BTS, much better window views. Free minibar. The staff were great and always greet or hold the door/elevator. There are construction noises from the hallway due to the 7.7 earthquake. They worked until 8pm to get one of the wall slab replaced. There are cosmetic cracks at the emergency staircase that were also repaired. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices that it felt like a lunch buffet. Ice cream, hot drinks, and cold drinks are available. Asian cuisines are more focused. The pool and the gym were great. There are also a video game room for kids. The sauna and steam rooms are available along with shower and other amenities.

We stayed 7 nights and we arrived one day after the 7.7 earthquake. For the first few days, it is business as usual. It was quiet on our 17th floor with no one at our wing. Our room was very nice with all the amenities. Our room has a table which is bigger than the normal superior room. The hotel provided free minibar with all the drinks in the fridge. The bidet was great. At Terminal 21, it has the cheapest and wonderful food court and restaurants. It has both BTS and MRT rail stations. After the third night, the earthquake repair began, it was noisy in the morning. We understood the repairs are required. On the fifth night, we are requested to relocate to 15th floor.

Despite being an old hotel the cleanliness and facilities are well maintained. There is however some slight damage (cracks here and there) from the recent earthquake. We travelled with a toddler so being next to a mall was super convenient.
