Great location right by bts station. Just a few stops from Paragon and Terminal21. Room is small but really nice. Big smart tv. Great value for the price. Breakfast selection is a bit limited so will probably skip that next time

Really nice experience

We had an amazing stay here. It was close to the BTS and many food options in walking distance. We loved our family suite, especially the kitchen and laundry within our room was so convenient. I wasn't a fan of this hotel, from the booking process (they tried to charge for an extra bed which was not mentioned when booking), to the check in - the staff were rude and took calls, and did not acknowledge us when we arrived. The breakfast was small and the rooms whilst large, were dated. I did like the Japanese toilets though. The immediate area around is pretty dull, not much to do unless you get a taxi

NIGHTMARE!!!

I go to Bangkok on business several times a year. I have not stayed here for over 10 years. I heard it was renovated so decided to give a try. To start, location is great right in front of the BTS, Central Embassy, etc. Staffs are friendly and helpful but that's where pros end. To keep the long story short, I had mosquitos in the room to which hotel refused to accommodate with wall plugin repellent that every single hotel in Bangkok has but instead gave me a spray which I used half the can. I was awaken close to 3AM being eaten alive after only an hour or so after falling a sleep (cannot sleep with mosquitoes). Once I turned on the light, surprise! Cockroaches! (I have pictures & apology letter from the hotel). Called the front desk who pretty much said yes and…. So what… Very upset! Spent next 30mins discussing with night duty manager about the whole incident, inappropriate reception’s attitude, cleanliness and etc. Spent next 30-45mins moving my room and hotel going out and buying the plugin repellent (time is now well passed 4:30AM). Instead I got less than 2-3 hours of sleep. The room I moved to was so noisy letting in all street noise! I stayed in 3 different rooms during 5 nights stay and all the rooms were same, actually 1st room was the quietest. I felt like I was sleeping on the street. Hotel gave me earplugs and I couldn’t fall asleep without it. DO NOT STAY HERE!
