This is my second time staying at this hotel, both times I arrived late (first time around midnight this time my flight was delayed and I arrived at 2am), if you stay near the airport for next day flight OR need to spend a night at hotel after arriving late this is the hotel. 24-7 room service and the food is excellent. Easy check in and easy to get transportation to and from airport. Great place to stay!!!

With an early morning international flight, we wanted to stay close enough to the airport to get some sleep before a long day of flying. Our room was ready early, the free shuttle from airport to hotel was great and the hotel was awesome value for what we paid. The only negative is the hotel is an industrial area with no night life or restaurants. But it served our purposes perfectly and the hotel is undergoing upgrades and other exciting features. If you’re looking for a great place to spend a night between flights this one is a gem! Staff are great!

Hotel is close to BKK airport. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Lobby and room are great. Very clean. It is only a quick $6 ride from the airport but every communication from them and ad about them stresses free airport shuttle service. Don't plan on it. It is impossible to contact them by any means to schedule or attempt to find out what the schedule is. It runs on an regular schedule, so if you arrive at the hotel by another means, you may be able to use it to get to the airport, but don't plan on using it to get from the airport to the hotel. Just take a cab or Grab

fits the bill for an overnight airport hotel perfectly. about a 15 minute drive (typical for Bangkok "airport" hotels not literally within the airport). Shuttle operate 24 hours every 30 minutes. Good staff - perfectly solid if you are just looking for an overnight adjacent to the airport.
