We could not have picked a better hotel, the convenience of being attached to both the airport rail and the bts lines make it so easy to get around. The hotel was very clean and quiet, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The morning buffet that was a part of our stay was fantastic, I don’t think I’ve ever had a better breakfast buffet, so many choices. If we comeback to Bangkok this will definitely be the hotel we stay at.

Excellent property, beautiful rooms and amenities. Hospitality and service from all staff was exceptional. Informed staff of honeymoon prior to arrival, they upgraded our room, gave us access to the executive lounge and some other perks/goodies. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Great breakfast and excellent transport options

We chose this hotel deliberately as we arrived in Bangkok quite late in the evening and wanted somewhere close to the skytrain station. The buffet breakfast was AMAZING and the hotel has excellent facilities that we thoroughly enjoyed. The downside is there isn't much to do around the hotel but Factory Coffee is really close by and Siam Station just a few stops away.

Perfect for Bangkok

Loved this hotel. Very clean, modern and comfortable. The location is perfect if you’re flying in from DMK - you can get the direct airport line. The Italian restaurant also deserves a special mention.

We had a great time in Bangkok. The hotel was amazing. Great location, easy access to public transport and airport link train, wonderful and knowledgeable staff, spacious room, every day housekeeping, full bathroom amenities, bathrobes. We were getting bottle of water every day. Breakfast was amazing with the huge variety of food from all over the world. We had the executive club excess. The dinner was delicious and plenty of choices to drink. It was stunning view of the city from the infinity swimming pools. At our last day we had possibility to get a shower and some drinks before our flight.

Hotel seriously let down by poor lifts

Amazing hotel but so let down by the lift systems. It takes so long (about 10 mins) to get any lift and if you miss any lift you can’t even touch the button. Don’t ever dare to forget anything from your room or it will be chaos to try and get it again.

From the second we walked into the hotel we were greeted and offered help by the staff. Everyone we encountered was excellent. The one little thing that let it down was the breakfast for me personally as it was the same every day however this is a very minor issue in an otherwise excellent stay.

Lovely and spotless property with easy and quick access to the international airport via public transport. Close to the metro to get around Bangkok. Excellent service from the staff. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide range of choice and they also catered to our Vegan requirements.
