WiFi doesn’t work, no USB charging ports, very small room, minibar that isn’t cold, and super sharp edges in the shower. Not a 5-star hotel unfortunately :( It also seems previous reviews have complained about similar things (eg outdated rooms) for 2-5 years which tells you the management does not care. Checked out early to move to Park Hyatt instead. Such a shame! No complains about the staff though, they were kind and professional.
