Had a great stay at tunnel mountain resort, the room was clean with a modern bathroom and kitchen which was really nice to use. The service was friendly and great. Walking distance from downtown banff and they even give you a bus pass to help you get around. overall had a great stay!

Always the first place I look at when visiting Banff. For us, and our dog, tunnel Mountain has all the amenities we need for our states. It is walking distance to downtown, and the staff are always a pleasure to deal with.

Amazing stay at tunnel mountain
Husband felt very unwell overnight and really needed his rest the following morning, extremely kind, and accommodating staff allowed us to check out late (so sorry and thank you)! We were gifted with tasty wine for my birthday celebration cozying near the warm wood burning fireplace. Thank you kindly for being extremely patient and understanding and most of all very accommodating. We are looking forward to the next visit with tunnel mountain! Not to mention beautiful view as well from our balcony! Was a very short but memorable and sweet stay.

Very comfortable at a reasonable price. Clean. Like the wood accents. Some hooks in bathroom for towel or clothes and mirror outside of bathroom would have made it perfect. Parking very tight!

As soon as we enter, we could smell pee coming to the bathroom. Tiles in the bathroom have some brown molds? I think. The extra blanket havve a small chunck of hair. And the worst.part is someone stole my black silk bathrobe.
