We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rimrock. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful, and the breakfast at the Primose was delicious. The view was to die for, and the atmosphere of the hotel was perfect. We went on a day trip to lake louise/moraine lake booked through the concierge which was a wonderful experience. Our only qualm was that the room we stayed in, albeit beautiful views, was a bit lacklustre and conparable to a much cheaper hotel room which was a little disappointing. Other than that, it was a 5 star experience.

We only stayed one night and didn’t get to enjoy all the offerings of the hotel, but the property is nicely appointed and the staff we encountered were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our king/mountain-view room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed the free shuttle to downtown Banff.

Had a great trip, views were awesome. Rooms need some updates but most reviews mentioned that. The food wasn't the best. Staff and Service around the resort was great and shuttle to and from Rimrock makes the stay.

Beautiful area right next to the hot springs, great staff and amazing facilities. For the price of 900 a night this room was very dated. Our faucet was wiggly and not attached properly etc. Would give 5 stars with a renovation.

Gorgeous hotel, wonderful view, clean rooms and I loved yoga each morning! Rooms are dated for the insanely expensive rate but overall we loved the property. I have stayed here in the off season as well and overall we love this hotel.

All staff were friendly and helpful. Gathering spaces are classic and beautiful. However, rooms are dated. For the price, I expected more. Speaking of price, there were approximately $175 additional room charges per night.
