Nice hotel. Loved that there was a restaurant and a coffee shop in the building. Check in and check out were easy peasy. Very close to downtown (basically in downtown) and very walkable. Overall, very good stay.

Great location! Upgraded sauna and hot tub were lovely. Rooms simple but comfortable. A microwave would have been a great addition. Parking was convenient and easy and heated! Ski lockers available at no additional charge too! The restaurant on site was great as was the Good Earth coffee shop attached. Walking distance to shopping and great restaurants!

Room was adequate enough.. price was as expected for Banff. Clean enough, but definitely could use updating. The biggest complaint was the smell. We stayed on the second floor, and two hallway vents blasted air into the space that smelled heavily of food. It was awful. That being said- the food in the actual restaurant, Farm & Fire, was absolutely fantastic. We just didn’t want to smell it near our room!

Mathieu's the best
Mathieu checked us in for our 8 night stay and he was fantastic. Knowledgeable, professional, courteous. You can tell he's just a great guy. One afternoon, he even greeted me with "Aloha" remembering that I was visiting from Hawaii. He just goes beyond the call and I wanted to recognize him for that. He was much appreciated.
