The property was very clean and walking distance to most restaurants. Hut parking was a bit tricky until you found the underground parking.

Highly recommended

We find this facility meets all our requirements. Spacious clean rooms, comfortable beds, great selection of amenities (although a microwave would be nice). Underground parking is a plus. Staff are friendly and efficient.

The jet tub was dated...loud. The thermostat was located in a very inconvenient place (behind the TV) so maintaining a comfortable room temperature was difficult. The room with the jet tub was not worth the extra money. Location was good.

The service was great. I enjoyed the pool in the hot tub after a day of skiing. One feature that would be good would be a microwave in the lobby. We were thankful that we were invited into the staff area to use the staff microwave oven to heat up our breakfast sandwiches.

My room heat was not working. They checked it but couldnt fix it so they gave us another room which was an upgrade with a jet tub. Very pleased with how they rook care of everything. We will return!!

Room was lovely Had issue's with shower not draining well and also the thermostat didn't really work as the room was 25.5c for our stay while we set it to 21c. Too hot to sleep well. Not sure if hotel was full but no fix for situation or even offer of changing rooms. Staff friendly and informative

Hotel over all was okay. Microwaves in the room would have been nice but they did have one in the main lobby for guest use. The website said ‘coffee maker’ so we brought k-cups assuming it was a keurig like other hotels we have stayed at but it was a coffee pot with grounds. Not a big deal but a little inconvenient for us.

Nice property. Looks like recently renovated some areas of the Hotel but still maintaining that rustic lodge feeling which is nice. Staff was nice and friendly and helpful. No issues during the stay. No restaurant in the hotel which is ok as there are options with walking distance.

Nothing to brag about, nothing to complain about. Typical 3 star hotel. I will say this was further down Banff Ave than expected. 15-20 minute walk. Not bad, walk is nice but some may prefer to be closer. Roam stop is close, can by day pass and ride to skip the walk. No restaurant in hotel or vending machine that I could find. This was a let down when compared to other hotels along the avenue. Staff not rude but not friendly or helpful.

Not worth the price

This should be at best an $89.00/night hotel. The only amenities are a pool and hot tub, which really don't count due to the hot tub being body temperature at best. Also, if you drive a pickup, you're probably parking on the street as the parkade only has 6'6" clearance. The staff are friendly, but everything else left me feeling ripped off at the price point they're charging.
