Very good value. Hotel is in need of updating, but was clean and comfortable and we got a really good price. Would recommend it as a value hotel.

Had multiple issues with our stay, would not recommend. Pros: The room was spacious, the jetted tub was nice and if you’re looking for a quieter location (away from downtown) then the location isn’t bad. The front desk staff were also very polite and communicative but weren’t great at recommending attractions. Cons: We stayed here for only two-nights and within that time it seemed like NOTHING in the hotel worked properly. The swimming pool was out of service, one of two elevators stopped working our second day there, they advertised a children’s playground which was blocked off and under construction the entire time and worst of all they had these scheduled power outages during our stay forcing us to either stay in our room in the dark or “find somewhere to go” during those times. There also isn’t a restaurant onsite but luckily there’s other restaurants within walking distance which helped during the power outage. With so many other options in Banff in the same price range, I’d definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

Just an average hotel.. there is no breakfast, the lobby is tiny and cramped. I booked this hotel for its pool, turns out its under renovation, which is understandable, however i was only notified this at the last minute, preventing me from cancelling ( renos are no surprise, they knew well enough in advance to have it on the website) Overall just not what i was expecting for the money i paid.
