Loved the location of this Hotel. Staff are amazing. Its clean and so central to pretty much everything. Parking was $5/ day. Beds super comfy. Will definitely be staying there again.

Overall, my experience at this hotel was decent, but there are areas for improvement. The sink in my room was broken, and during my extended stay, the housekeeping did not use a vacuum cleaner, which felt insufficient. Noise from the street-facing side of the hotel made it difficult to sleep at night, highlighting the need for better soundproofing. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, the location in downtown Banff is convenient with a pleasant surrounding environment, and the attached restaurant offered excellent dining. While my request for a late check-out was declined, it was understandable. This hotel has its strengths but could benefit from more attention to detail to enhance the guest experience.

Wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back. The staff were friendly and available. You can’t ask for a better location for walkability. My only wish is that the second hot tub was open. The hot tubs are small and there were people waiting because only one was open.
