I have stayed at this resort several times and I always love it overall. The location is beautiful, hot tub area and the view from there is amazing. The units have great kitchen facilities which is so nice to not have to eat out in Banff for every meal. This time we brought our dog and they welcomed her with a dog bed and dog dishes waiting in our room for her, as well as a dog treat at check-in. Nice touch! The only two complaints I have are the lack of parking (it’s almost impossible if you have a truck, even if you can find a parking stall most of them are small) and our pull-out couch was actually broken. We couldn’t even pull it out for my son to sleep on. Other than that, we loved our weekend stay and definitely will be back!

We stayed in the cabin underneath and weren't very happy with our stay sadly. The walls are very thin and there was an upstairs flat vacant with guests above us. But because the walls were so thin, we heard every footstep, which was very loud and could not relax and found it hard going to sleep. The noise got that bad, i have to knock on the people who were staying above us. To ask then to be cautious of the noise levels and not allowing their child to run around upstairs. As just a child running, sounded like a stampede. Not a relaxing time staying in the cabin! But really enjoyed the spa facilities!

Hidden Ridge is an awesome option for groups or multi-families wanting space to hang out. We stayed in the 4 queen bed option and had a great stay. It was clean, staff was great, hot tubs are awesome with beautiful views. A couple minor things to just be aware of, the two bedrooms on the main level had very little sound barrier between our neighbors so bring ear plugs or a sound machine... 5 am conversations and baby crying felt like they were in my room. Same for my friend staying in the other main floor bedroom. We turned on the bathroom fan and put on some white noise so it wasn't so bad. The other comment is just to note that although there are some supplies provided, definitely bring things like paper towels and any specific kitchen items you need as it's pretty minimum what is provided. Staff was great with anything we did ask for in addition to what was already there so this is by no means a complaint just helpful fyi hopefully for future guests. We had a great time overall and would definitely stay again.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. It was very nice. Staff was friendly. I loved the Rocky Mountain soaps and lotion. The place was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the pillows weren't that comfortable. They weren't the worst, but they weren't the best either.

I liked having three queen size beds in three separate bedroom areas. It worked very well for our group. But two things that I did not care for were related to accessibility and privacy. This unit is situated on 4 different levels. The bathrooms were only accessible by either climbing up stairs to the loft area or else down stairs to the 2nd level. There was no bathroom on the main level. Even to enter the suite, it was necessary to climb up a set of stairs. From a privacy standpoint, there is a large window directly across from the loft area with no drapes or blinds. I could see people moving in the next unit and I'm reasonably sure that they could see me in the loft bedroom. The need to be able to climb stairs should be clearly identified in the description.

This is the most overpriced property we have stayed at in our 5 weeks of travel! We thought paying this much a night we would get a clean functioning safe room. It is extremely dated, and needs a deep clean. The toilet leaked all over the bathroom floor. I have never seen so much silicone in showers/bathroom. Clearly a waterproofing issue - A light switch and a Powerpoint both sparked when turned on near downstairs bathroom. Wallpaper coming off walls and couch stained. Partying guests till 11.30pm and not monitored by staff. You definitely don’t get what you pay for here. Very disappointing
