The staff was excellent. The room was clean. Mattress, pillows and shower were good. Location for the ski mountain shuttle buses couldn't be better. The breakfast was nice. Absolutely fantastic job keeping the sidewalk cleared of snow, the only place that did so. BUT - My room overlooked a parking lot, if a car idled below I could smell the exhaust. Quite a few items on the food/drink menu were not available. If you're not a walker, it's a longer stroll to town than you may want, approx .8 mi.

This is a great place! Sister property to the Moxy next door it has good/ new beds and pillows, large rooms, good breakfast and underground parking. What’s not to like? 😊 we’ll be back for sure, always treated with a smile.

7 night trip was wonderful

Stayed here for 7 nights while in Banff for Spring Break ski trip. The indoor parking garage assured we had a warm car every morning. The hot tub and happy hour smore's were something the kiddos (and us) looked forward to every late afternoon after a long day of skiing. Would definitely recommend. The breakfast has a variety of options, but it is the same breakfast buffet every day. Overall, it did the job. Very friendly staff as well.

Love this place. Love the vibe. Dont love the lack of jets in both hottubs (you can barely tell they are on). Didnt love that the fireplace beside the hottub wasnt working. But other than that, great place to stay!

Great Spot

Front desk staff very freindly helpfuland helped me look up a resturant that I forgot the name to. Great location to walk to many resturants and is on Banff Ave, Also had great underground parking ! Good AM breakfast to everything you need.

I truly loved staying at Canalta. I wish they would have offered decaf coffee! Otherwise, breakfast was great. Parking was excellent. Loved the heated garage. The water shut down while I was in the shower. The hot tubs were difficult to get a spot in. Staff was friendly. I’d like to say I’d stay again, I’d hope for the availability of decaf!
