We had a wonderful nights stay here , the room is luxurious and the setting outdoors was magical with the recent snowfall . We didn’t use the hot tub we were to tired . The breakfast was great , staff are very welcoming .

Upon arriving we already knew wed be coming back! The hot tub is extremely well kept, the rooms are cozy yet clean, and there is firewood provided for the fireplaces. A short drive to downtown banff, it is in a convenient location. A perfect winter stay!

A group of us went to Banff for the Barra McNeil concert and stayed at Buffalo mountain Lodge. We had a great time. Decorations were wonderful. We were impressed with how well kept the walkways were as it had snowed and could have been treacherous!

This property is in a nice quiet location with trees and mountain views. A nice touch with the stone fireplace in the rooms even if you don’t use it and the restaurant on site. A negative would be the constant heat on all night with no way to control it.

I love this hotel and have been coming here at least once or twice a year since I've lived in Calgary. The only reason why I didn't rate this stay 5-stars is because the lights inside the hot tub were broken when I was there recently. It seems like a trivial thing, but they have such an incredible hot tub... it was a shame that it wasn't lit properly, it made it seem a bit dingy and uninviting this time around. Everything else was great.

The hot tub was out of service but that can happen anytime, around the grounds weren’t cared for but again time of year. Room was nice and very clean but bed was right up against the heater.

We paid to have 2 premier rooms and when we checked in we were given 1 premium and 1 not. They kept saying we booked through a third party. After some reluctance they fixed it. Everything about the property is stunning and I love staying here.

We had a special room with a spectacular view. It was quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was efficient and thorough. My only minor issue was being overly warm even with the heating off at night, probably as a result of the type of comforter. Would definitely stay there again.

We had an amazing view of the mountains and sunrise. We enjoyed the hot tub to relax after a long day. Room service is great. Some minor fixing like water from the shower is over flowing from the stall, making the bathroom wet. Sink not draining properly. Over all, we had a great time.

BOOK THIS PLACES!! This is a cutest little get away for couples. Very quiet, beautiful with AMAZING staff. Their lobby is beautiful for drinks, dinner or just to have a quiet cozy time.
