We had an amazong time at the Buffalo Mountain.Lodge while attending the 2024 Banff Craft Beer & Spirits festival. The staff were very attentive and fun! The restaurant bar staff was particularly great and the food and beverages superb. We would highly recomend it and will definitely stay there again!

Overall good experience. Very good service and staff. The only complaint is the noise level from our room. Due to wood structure of the cabin it has a lot of popping noise during night. The mini fridge is way too loud and the heating system is probably one of the most noisy ones ive seen. Make sure you bring your ear plugs.

The main lodge is beautiful, but once I arrived at my room, I was disappointed. It is old and not well maintained. I woke up at 7 am with a loud pipe sound, the person in the room beside me was taking a shower. When I arrived at night, the parking spot at my room door was taken, and there were no parking spots available. When we asked the front desk person he said the spots were not assigned to the room. He was helpful enough to move a service car and give us the spot to park our car. But it was far from our room, but it was the best he could do. I would never stay in this hotel again, you don't get what you pay for.
