Good value in Banff

Good location, comfortable bed and room. Located within walking distance of many shops. Many places to sit and chat with friends other than the room. Nice parking underground for an extra charge. Breakfast was sufficient. Not a lot of gluten-free items, but they did have a few such as eggs and oatmeal. May not be suitable for a celiac, but fine for avoiding gluten. Nice to be able to walk two blocks and take the Free bus to Ski.

Amazing Location, Clean & Comfortable rooms.

This was our second time staying at the Brewster Mountain Lodge & we will definitely be back again. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. The hotel is in an amazing location right in the centre of Banff Town. The staff are friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms are very clean & the cleaners go in every day if required. Beds are also very comfortable. There’s a laundry room available for use which is convenient. A good continental breakfast choice everyday always welcomed by the lovely chef saying good morning to everybody. Parking is easy in town, the hotel has parking available and there’s a multi storey across the road which is free for 9 hours at a time. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Banff.

Great stay in the heart of Banff!

Loved the central location and character of this property. The front desk staff were very helpful and provided some great dining recommendations. It was a nice and cosy stay despite the freezing temperatures.

Ideal location in Banff

Brewster Mt Lodge is right in the small downtown core of Banff...everything is within 2 blocks. Underground parking is tight for a full size SUV, but it fit. There are other nearby parking options two. King room was large, bed very comfortable. Included breakfast is sparse but adequate. Ski bus stop a block away. Definitely will return.

Negative. 1-The hotel does not include free parking and is not clearly stated on their website. 2-Being in a very convenient location it could be a party place for youngsters and the rooms are not soundproof enough. We could not sleep last night due to a party room across from us late till 3am. They do mention that on their website and they also provide earplugs in the room. Positive. Excellent staff, good breaksfast, great location, good ammenities.

We had a really nice time in this cottage. The room was clean, staff were so kind, and it was in the convenient place to walk around the downtown area. We want to stay here again when we have a chance to visit Banff.

Like excellent location. Staff is great and ready to assist and provide recommendations on anything. The property itself lacks certain amenities but this is only a deal breaker if you are after something specific (i.e., must have outdoor hot tubs, etc.). Rooms are great and again, cannot beat the location. Highly recommended.
