Typical Best Western hotel. Rooms are a bit dated and the hotel is noisy but the service is consistent. Breakfast was standard continental fare. Underground parking is limited.

Trying to make fool

We booked superior room with jacuzzi, balcony and sofa bed in it and jacuzzi was not for working fine.We called the front desk and lady told us this is how it sounds, we ask for room change.She clearly said all rooms are booked. she was lying and try to fool us and wasted our two hours. we checked online and there was one room available with jacuzzi no sofa and no balcony.She moved us over there and didn't pay back the difference.Long story short poor customer service and try to fool the people.

I like it cause it is near the bus station. Our stay in general was good except for that annoying bathroom door which do not stay open and always closing hard. The handle of bathroom sink cabinet is in the way when going in the bathroom. Good complimentary cofee in the lobby. Everything else is thumbs up.

I don’t plan to stay in this hotel again. It wasn’t terrible, but considering I paid more than other hotels in the area, I would have expected a better experience. The property seems dated, but you’d expect it to be since this hotel has been there for decades. We got the suite that had a jacuzzi in the room, which I thought would be on the top floor, but it was right on the bottom floor with people walking by the windows and right beside the parking entrance, so you’d hear loud people and loud cars late into the night. The television setup is using an Android media player that frequently had issues, so trying to watch regular television was pretty frustrating because the image would stutter or the signal would freeze after a few minutes of watching, so don’t plan on watching TV here. On the good side— the complimentary breakfast is good, it’s a full breakfast, which is so rare these days.
