Stay itself was very pleasant. Payment/“pre-authorisation”/charging to room at Reception was totally confusing and shambolic. Ended up with no idea what I actually paid and I will be watching my bank accounts carefully. Property could do with a passenger or even dumb-waiter lift as lugging cases up and down shallow stairs with no handrail not very safe for older guests.

No place to put a make-up bag. Wet towels go on top of dry. Huge tub which for older people is difficult to get in and out of. No elevator. Walk up with bags. Lovely staff and very clean but couldn't stay a second time.
