We found the refrigerator full of food left by previous guests. By the smell, it had been there a while. This should not happen. We have stayed at Rocky Mountain Resort many times in the last three decades and never had something like this happen.

We really enjoyed our stay at Banff Rocky Mountain Resort. great for couples or families. Just out of town, so quiet with beautiful views, while also convenient to Banff Town Centre and surrounding area (with a frequent shuttle option).

Really liked the place. Easy to get to. However, did not know that we would be in a building across the street from the main lodge and also in the second floor. I would have liked to picked first floor for my family. But otherwise a great place to stay. Was comfortable and close enough to town for the activities we did. Also, the pool was nice.

Have been to this resort 3 times, the most recent was to attend beer fest. This time we upgraded to a wolf room. The finishes were nicer However not that big of an improvement. Found the outdoor hot tub to be under filled and lots of dirt and sand in it. Not as good of an experience as previous visits

They overcharge me with extra taxes and pet fees the booking with Expedia was $673.97 and the actual price went up to more than $730 I would not recommend anyone to stay there
