Great location, most shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We previously stayed at the Fox Hotel, but we found that this hotel is in a much more convienient location for us. Undergound parking is easy to access. Bed was comfortable. Shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure. We will stay here again!

This is a more affordable accommodation in Banff that is still in the main core. It is so close to shops, restaurants and Roam transit stops! The beds were very comfortable. The washroom was on the smaller side. Overall the hotel could do with a bit of a refresh but it is very satisfactory for a short stay and at a reasonable price.

Recovered but ROUGH start!
When i first checked in… 1) the room smelled like a mixer of tomato sauce and harsh cleaning fluid 2) the pillows reeked of dandruff and sweat 3) there was no underpad for the flat sheet 4) cheap and thin comforter 5) clogged toilet Called down to the front desk… They moved us to a new room on the second night… and all of the above was corrected. We were happy after that but… Why have this low level of preparedness for incoming guests? Where is the management overlooking the team? Overall good stay and great location but really suffered on the first night…

We are still staying there right now, but we had a horrible smell in our bedroom and we are switching rooms after our first night… Also the pillows smell like dirty hair and the comforters are not thick enough so we were cold last night no matter how high we turn up the heat

Just ok hotel, expected better for the price. Smallish room. Super dark inside room; all bulbs were very low wattage so room always was very dim and gloomy. At least bathroom was well lite and clean. Very noisy AC/heater. Would not recommend staying here.
