This is always my first choice of hotel in Banff because of its superior pool and steam room, exceptional array of high quality restaurants and amazingly helpful, friendly staff. There are however some upgrades being made at the hotel at the moment, which did unfortunately show in the cleanliness.

Lovely hotel in the heart of downtown Banff. Easy walking to great restaurants, shopping and beautiful scenery. Staff were personable, helpful and efficient. Room was clean, spacious with mountain views. Heated bathroom floors are a bonus. Would stay here again.

This is an A property. They have room service, which is incredibly convenient their restaurants in the hotel. We’re all very good. They have a swimming spa area for the kids and families and the shuttle. Will bring you right from the airport to the door. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The staff was really remarkable and went out of their way for several families.

Great location!
Great location! It was so conveniently located that we walked everywhere in banff. We took a shuttle to the ski resorts right outside the hotel. Breakfast was awesome, as well as food at the bar. We didn’t try the Italian restaurant but the others were really good! We would definitely stay there again!
