Staff were absolutely amazing. We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms-comfy. The buffet was only just ok (need better coffee!) But the pool area was cool, and great location too. Quieter than some of the hotels I've stayed in that are right on Banff Ave.

The lodge is being renovated which it needs so long term that is a positive. The room we had was tired and needs the update. Beds were good and service was good.
