Decent hotel for what you pay for. It's slightly further away from some of the other hotels that are closer to the inner harbor or Fells Point for example. Overall hotel was clean. Just nothing super fancy and the room was pretty small too.

Everything was amazing about the stay ! The only reason we gave it a 3 starts in because at 8:50 am someone walked into our room without knocking and we even had the do not disturb sign up. It was a terrifying way to wake up ! We had until noon, what was the rush ?

Invoice name issue

It was a busienss trip and unfortunately I had an unpleasant stay in this hotel. The room was decent and clean, however the breakfast was just very poor. Everything came out of containers and served with disposable materials. The cutlery was entirely plastics, honey came in single use plastic saches, milk and yoghurt was in containers. The worst part for me was that the hotel could not add my company’s name to the invoice, they argued that it was done by a third party. I explained my request at the check-in and no one mentioned it would be problem, the lady at the reception told me that my requested invoice would be ready at the check out. But then during the check-out I was informed that it would not be possible. Had I known at the time, I would have still had time to contact Hotels and change it. Since such changes are not possible after the check-in time. I am still not sure if my company will reimburse me the cost of the hotel. In my opinion hotel is not informing me correctly and not being accommodating is not acceptable, given that it is a Hilton hotel. I would not stay there again and not recommend it to any of my colleagues.
