We had an unfortunate experience. The hotel room was not ready when we arrived. After waiting for a while, we were given a key to the room but when we arrived at the room, it was still being cleaned and we waited in the hallway. When it was time to check out, there was no one at the front desk and after waiting for quite a time, we gave up and left our keys with a note saying we were checking out. I think that the property is understaffed.

There’s no parking when we arrived late at night. We had to valet which costs $45 per day plus tip. The hotel is dated but there were some renovations. Not the best place I stayed at but also not the worst. It served its purpose.

Could not open shades , no string to window to let sun light in, no ice in ice machines went to multiple floors, elevator directly outside of room was down, had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths twice. Also no fridge/microwave in room.
