Well from the start, i was mislead by the photos on the experian website. It led you to believe your getting one room but your really getting something else. The bed was like a used mattress. It was noisey and i could feel the lumps, by the second day my shoulder was hurting. The heat didn't work so going to the bathroom in the nite was very uncomfortable. They never bought up the microwave as promised. Oh the parking garage situation was weird. To make matters worse, my wife use the make towel to clean her face and caught pink eye. What an Anniversary. One more thing. No room service and the toilet makes the weirdest sound after you flush it

We always enjoy staying at The Royal Sonesta. The only thing we would like to see improve is the choice of having a better place to eat and vending machine choices or a convenience/gift shop since there is not a store close by to purchase drinks. The one vending machine that is there has poor choices.

It was excellent. Front desk very helpful. Valet was super friendly and helpful. Recommendations would be to have someone answer the phone more quickly. The cleaning crew missed a couple of items of not major concern. I would recommend this hole to anyone. Extremely convenient. Walked to the Oriole Park at Camden Yard and the National Aquarium.
