Absolutely phenomenal experience, me and my wife loved every moment of it, from check in to check out, the room and house spacious it was and elegant, the staff at the front desk were so amazing and welcoming, couldn’t have picked a better way to bring in my wife’s birthday & even the ravens win against the chargers! Excellent service and most definitely recommend this place to anyone searching for a beautiful welcoming environment and most unforgettable view we’ve ever seen of the inner harbor! We will most definitely be back!

Room was clean and updated. It had a nice rain showere head. The parking is really the only negative. it is in a separate building and it's kind of quirky how you enter and exit the building from the parking garage.

Hotel room is very big and nice, the bathroom is a bit odd: the toilet is so squished to the tub otherwise is fine. The staff are very nice. We upgraded to an ocean view room and it’s definitely to another level. Very close to the Marc train and the Light Rail is like 15 minutes walk and takes you right to the airport for $2, so very convenient. Also very close to the Aquarium.

Right across from the Inner Harbor- so convenient t! Lovely hotel and staff- all the staff! They made sure you were made to feel welcome.. hotel was spotless, rooms were lovely, clean and comfy. The pool was large and so clean and there was a hot tub too!

I believe the Ice Maker needed to be cleaned, there was mold build-up and my wife got sick and I think it was from the Ice...I did not see it till I and my son who are AC/Refrig business saw the mold build-up. Please have maint completed at this property in order not to have other people get sick!! The Clean staff need to clean the rooms better, both rooms we occupied were not that clean. Service at the restaurant was great and the staff in the lobby were great.
