The rooms are lovely and large and the view of the harbour is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean although they are starting to look a bit tired and dated in places which is a shame as it's a lovely hotel. We did struggle with breakfast at the weekend as I think they were understaffed in the main restaurant so we left as there was a 45 minute wait. Apart from that we would stay again.

The place was clean and the staff was nice. The parking was awful. Finding the parking garage is hidden and then once you park you have to walk around a few hallways and figure out which door leads to what. The shower water was cold there was no hot water. Thank God we only stayed one night.
