I paid for a harbor view….what I received was an obstructed view. The customer service person Andre did his magic and made an actual harbor view. The last time I used Expedia I was bit by a bed bug….Andre saved this one for you

I absolutely adored this hotel! It’s hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in my life. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food options at the facility were delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Plus, it’s just a stone's throw away from so many amazing spots near the harbor. I can't recommend it enough!

Terrible customer service! This trip was for my grandson’s 5th birthday. Cake, cookies and milk were to be delivered to room upon arrival. NEVER SHOWED ALL NIGHT!! Even spoke to two ambassadors who confirmed it would be delivered. Customer service is absolutely unacceptable. Very disappointing!
