Quaint and cool hotel! Food at the restaurant was ok. Staff was amazing. Room was dated and towel bar fell off the wall. Headboard was peeling but the atmosphere of the hotel made it ok.

I've never been this dissatisfied in a hotel. I had to kill a insect crawling up the wall and informed the front desk (Mark) who said he was a manager. I found out that was untrue. The dead insect stayed on the floor until my early departure yesterday. I have photos to share. The elevators weren't working requiring a walk from the 18th floor and back. No wash clothes available. It took 2 calls and in person visit to the front desk to get a TV remote. I met Heather and she was very professional. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this hotel.

Love the ghost tour, easily walkable to all major event arenas in the area love how close it is to the harbor and the aquarium only 10 to 15 minute walk everywhere you need to go so convenient to be able to have valet parking in a very complicated city.
