This place is roach infested. We had to switch rooms three times due to roaches on the 3rd floor. I had to run to the lobby four times with a 2 year old and the key cards barely work. Then the agent but a work order in on a scrap piece of paper. It’s ghetto I do not recommend and strange guys hang in the lobby all night.

keys do not work if they go near another electronic room and hall smelled of drugs 4AM i left to drive and people still in parking lot "partying" they charged me $100 security deposit AFTER i paid for the room online so had no choice but no idea if I will ever get the deposit returned to me. NEVER had this done to me before on many travels. Coffee maker did not work overall was just not good experience.

The night shift front desk was friendly and very helpful. Our room was not as clean as we expected. Our lamp shade has stains, our bedsheet stinks and there’s also stains. We asked for room service and nobody came to clean. I hope that theres more than 1 trashcan in the room.

I enjoyed my stay. The was was very pleasant and in rhe holiday spirit. The decorations were beautiful. However, the elevator was not working and the repair men were there to fix it. Thank God they were able to find us a room on the first floor.

First off all the elevators was not working second the heat was not working had to move to another room and left my eyeglasses in room went back they where gone I do believe the staff is taking people belongings and also nobody was never at the desk i paid a lot of money for my eye glasses very upset and disappointed
