Worst stay ever

First night at this hotel I was woken up by a church bell that rang for a couple hours I was never told that I would be next to a church went on the road only to come back to my door open and my key card not working called the front desk no maintenance was around we was told to lock the door properly we barley slept. Not only that my reservation was got two we went to take a shower only one set of towel was in the bathroom. The hallway and the elevator was unkept the pillows on the bed was like mini pillows I was so disappointed with my stay.

I can’t think of anything I liked, but I can think of way too many things I didn’t like. Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, and it wasn’t even cheap. Ghetto area with no parking provided whatsoever. Had to park two blocks away and pay $16/day. We arrived after dark. Then I had to walk my 2 little daughters through the streets of one of the most dangerous cities in the US. Stinky lobby. Different stink in the elevator. Very small. Most studio apartments are close to twice the size. AC broken. Way too hot to sleep. Extremely loud neighbors. Rotting food left in the fridge from previous guests. Window wide open with no locks on it. Floor very sticky everywhere and coming up in a few places. Bed skirts stained. The only chair was too gross to sit on. TV remote broken. Only two tiny throw pillows on each bed. No water pressure or hot water. 1 towel provided for 3 people for 2 nights. Extremely loud church bells rang right outside the window at 7 AM followed by what sounded like 30 people obnoxiously yelling at each other for about an hour right outside the door on our floor. It was all so bad that we left a day early to go find a different hotel. I’ve never had to do that in my life, and I’ve stayed at many hotels. We found another Wyndham (Days Inn) just outside downtown for about half the price and it was a very spacious, clean suite with air conditioning, pillows, and towels! Much better.

Load area (car horns and police sirens all night). The property itself was dirty and the room smelled or smoke. Half the outlets in the room did not work. Backs of trashed and food in the hallways and stairwell. Sticky floor. Cockroach in the breakfast.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE stay. The entry area had random men outside lingering all hours of the night, catcalling you when you arrived. The area is unsafe. At check in, the host barely looked at me, didn’t even greet me just asked immediately for my ID and credit card. The room was below living conditions. The lamp shade was stained with some type of nasty food and just flipped to the back so I wouldn’t notice. There was a crushed bug in the middle of the main wall that no one bothered to clean up when they checked out. The towels had a weird smell. The chair at the desk was missing wheels so I could barely pull it out to sit down. My neighbors were fighting all night, leaving their kids in the hallway while they yelled at each other. At one point I heard the woman yell rape like 5 times. In the other room next to me there was a kid yelling and crying all night, all weekend. I didn’t feel comfortable reporting this to the host because she was so unapproachable so I didn’t report it since I was staying alone. Not once did the morning cleaning maintenance come to refresh the bed and towels the entire weekend. This was by far the most terrible stay I’ve ever had and I hope no one ever books here.

The most rundown hotel I've ever stayed at. Garbage bags dangling off of the smoke detector. No cups at all in room. No stopper for tub but the water pressure so low it took a couple of attempts for shower to start. The "bed" pillows were some type of decorative pillow or just batting not certain. Bedding was an old gold blanket in-between 2 sheets. The drawer to the one nightstand was shoved in backwards . I was afraid to open the drawers. No fan in bathroom. 3 different types shampoo samples, but no body wash or conditioner. One elevator that reeked of marijuana at all times.

The room was okay, but the building itself was not clean or well kept. No hot water at all in the shower. Wifi did not work well and was inconsistent. There was loud noise and music late into the night. The staff was nice and was responsive to problems, but there were too many problems within two days for me to want to stay there again.

Disgusted and Lost My Money

I chose not to stay due to the dirty and suspect nature of the people going in and out of the hotel. It's as if they hosed homeless people here. The hallway smelled like smoke and the floors were covered in filth. I'm surprised that a Wyndam hotel would be so disgusting. I lost my money with this reservation, but they could not pay me to stay there. I suggest you DO NOT bother with this low class disgusting site.

Worst experience ever

I hope someone reads this. I brought my daughter to the area for a college tour. We booked online and had no idea how bad this hotel was. Our Uber driver tried to warn us. This was the worst hotel experience. Upon entering, it was locked at 9 pm and there were alot of people hanging around outside. The area was not safe. The entire hotel spelled like pot and unclean. Paint was peeling off the walls. That night we were kept awake due to the noise. One guest had the TV blaring all night and walls were paper thin. At 3 am I finally called the front desk and they asked the guest to turn down the TV. They refused. Then there were guests smoking pot in the hallway and running up and down the halls talking. My daughter and I were scared. We voiced our concerns and went and got another hotel. Another guest told us someone threatened to beat them up Please avoid this place.
