Elevator wasn’t working, which was apparently mentioned on the website. We didn’t see that notification. We were initially given a 5th floor room, but they moved us to 1st floor on day 3 to accommodate my leg injury. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, but no variety in hot offerings….always scrambled eggs and sausage.

Hotel was clean and the breakfast was good. Being on the 5th floor with the hotel’s elevator not working was pretty bad. I wish we were told ahead of time so we could have picked a different hotel

Usually an excellent spot to stay before or after a flight out of or into BWI. However, the elevator has been out of order for at least two weeks and, according to the desk clerk, it will potentially be out of service until early March (2025). For us that meant hauling heavy luggage to the fourth floor via the service stairs. We were told that the 4th floor would be quieter with no one in the adjoining room. Unfortunately, there was an all night party in the room on the other side. Yes, we informed the front desk, but the loud music and noise continued past 4 am. A very disappointing experience in a normally reliable property/ chain

Had stayed here before and chose to return. While overall we like the hotel, this time we were very disappointed that there was no functioning elevator and that we weren't told until we arrived to check in. (It had been out of service already 3 weeks and they had my text and email.) Would have appreciated knowing in advance and being given the chance to choose somewhere that actually had the listed amenities and didn't require us to carry our luggage up and down multiple flights of stairs.

The room was quite comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was served right on time, but the eggs were cold. Not sure why, as they just came out. Everything else was fine. The front desk was very helpful.
