Staff courteous, breakfast had hot food (not just cereal, fruit, yogurt). However, when checking in there is no pull off area in close proximity to lobby. If theres no open parking spots in front, u hv to take luggage carrier out into parkin lot to unload car. Which is irritating when its raining and hv driven several hrs

The room smelled of “old dog”, the carpet was torn up in places, the furniture was beat to heck, there were people talking all night and at 3:00 am there was rap music playing for 10 or so minutes. I would not ever stay there again. The people at the were very nice and helpful and the airport shuttle man was very nice and helpful as well. We had no issues with the staff they were very polite and friendly but the facility itself needs a makeover desperately!

It was supposed to be free parking for cars slept well flying out of town. They charge us $30 per car. We would have stayed somewhere else if I had known that.

Clean and comfortable. Fit the bill for our family of three with a toddler for a good nights sleep before an early morning trip to the airport for a flight. The check in process was a breeze, the front desk attendant was very friendly and our room was clean.

The property is conveniently located near BWI with easy access. I was offered the shuttle but chose to drive myself. The staff was all very polite and professional. I did the check in electronically so the process was super easy! Walking into my room you could smell the cleanliness of bleach! I love smelling a fresh clean room! I booked this hotel for an upcoming trip as well!
