The Elevator was out of service, which create nuisance in shifting & taking the lugguage to room on Floor 3rd. I was unaware at the time of booking the hotel that the elevators are out of service. I had a room on 3rd floor

The elevator was out (under renovation) which we were not notified of before our stay. We had carry or luggage up to the second floor and one of the women in our party has a fractured shoulder. The ice maker on the 2nd floor was broken, our tub didn’t drain well, and our deadbolt didn’t work because it was misaligned. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and the woman that checked us in was very nice though.

They stay was ok.. the bed was kinda hard.. but the elevator was out. I had to climb 4 flights of steps with my luggage. No one offered to help. And the site did not warn anyone the hotel was under renovation the elevator was down. I have 2 bum knees and luggage i had to carry. The front desk lady at check in was like i dont know what to tell you... they could atleast comp the room or gave me a voucher or half off because if i was fully handicap couldn't walk who was gonna help me up the steps with a broken elevator..no warning or sympathy

We always stay here when we fly out of BWI. Very comfy beds and clean rooms, great breakfast, I love my waffles. Very nice staff and shuttle driver. Only problem was, the elevator was out, made it rough getting to second floor with three bags a little rough. But I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel elevator not working a we were put on the top floor so we had to lug our luggage up 5 floors to get to room and we are not young,the hotel should have called us to warn us of the problem so we could have stayed somewhere else there are many choices of places to stay by bwi airport and likely will chose another next time
