Nice facility but poor comfort

All was fine, except the AC in our room #303 was not working well & temp reache 81 morning of checkout. A house cleaning person tried to help us but did not work either.

Super conveniently located if you are going to be taking a class at the Hopkins Carey Business School. There are many places to eat, at a wide range of price points. My favorite was picking up a meal at Whole Foods and then going upstairs to their outside seating area facing the water!!!

Just wanted to leave a quick comment to say thank you for making our trip to Baltimore so great. The entire staff was great. One staff member in particular James R. I believe he was the maintenance supervisor went out of his way to fix our AC unit when our room had no air and checked up on us later to make sure everything was working. He really made us feel cared for during our stay as did the rest of the staff. We will be back. Thank you!

Safe and clean hotel located at proximity to inner harbour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spatious and comfortable. Breakfast is OK (basic) but it would be better if they left coffee, apples or snacks for the late guests (they wrap up everything at 9:00am on the dot on weekdays and turn around people).

The room was clean. When we needed additional towels, we were provided them quickly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken and though the maintenance worker did what he could, our room never cooled below 75*. I also found it odd that we were charged for early check in, had to request a certain time to use the pool, and had a phone that only worked on speaker.

Disappointing Experience Due to Staffing, Limited Amenities, and Food Options The check-in and check-out process was frustratingly slow — I waited around 45 minutes just to get my car back, likely due to understaffing. The pool hours are also very limited, so if you're only staying for one night, you probably won't get to use that amenity. On top of that, there were virtually no on-site food options available during our stay, so we had to rely on DoorDash. Overall, not the smooth or convenient experience we were hoping for.
