We had a very pleasant stay. The location provided easy access to the Inner Harbor and Little Italy. Our room was clean and beds comfortable. I would definitely stay again. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.

*You can only adjust the thermostat so much. Called and complained and magically it got cooler, and in the middle of the night got warmer. *You have to reserve the pool. Hundreds of rooms and only a room or two at a time can use it. Trash. *Room does not have microwave, nor room service and if you order out you gotta go pick it up. *Best part was the staff was really nice(you cant blamethem for hotel decisions) and the valet guy was very helpful. Room was clean

Property was very clean and staff was attentive, especially the doorman, he was amazing. So much to do that’s in walking distance. The only downside was my ac didn’t work the first night but they fixed it and we were good to go thereafter.

I had the WORST experience, the rooms I booked wasn’t available. We were offer a full refund for one night and free parking we didn’t receive either which we agree on. We all had to be uncomfortable for two nights with ONE KING size bed with 4 ppl in each room unfortunately. We settled with the pull out couch and asked for blankets which they didn’t have any for TWO NIGHTS . Breakfast there wasn’t no syrup for the French toast . The worse experience EVER!!! I would never book there again

Horrible experience

We were supposed to have 2 queen beds and a pull out, they over booked and said they could only give us a king and a pull out for our family of 5. The king bed was actually a queen, we waited 2 hours for additional pillows, blankets and sheets to make a make shift bed for our son. Valet attendant pulled our car around for us to leave but took the keys with him to grab food from across the street so we stood there till he returned. A lot of issues that need attention.

Rooms were not well maintained: The TV was broken/pixelated. The bathroom had some broken tiles and paint marks on the wall. There is no ventilation. The carpet needs to have a deep clean or be replaced. The room phone didn't work unless you placed it on speaker mode. The pool water is cold and murky, unlikely meeting pH/santitary standards for safe swimming. We traveled with 2 kids and asked for additional pillows that took a total of 5 haours to obtain, only after going down to the main lobby and waiting to be handed the pillows in person. There is no water in the gym and 3 of the 5 cardio-centric machines did not work. Overall, would not recommend to stay unless you're in a pinch to stay at a good location (in between all the small shops/fells point and the inner harbor).

We showed up to property after a long day and the front room had us waiting for 2 and half hours for our room. Our check-in was supposed to be at 4pm we didnt get into our room until almost 7 pm, there was no where for us to go, with 2 children. I asked to take children to pool while waiting and they you needed a reservation which was not specified before hand. Luckily they let my two children in the pool after i made it a big deal that they did not have room ready and no where in lobby to sit as the whole lobby was filled with people trying to checkin. Upon being at the tiny pool the room was dirty, no towels at all, the water was so dirty and the walk areas were so slippery people were falling all over the place. This was by far the worst hyatt experience I have ever experienced. This completely ruined our trip as we were staying only one night. We lost our dinner reservation because of our check in issue , we lost a complete night of our stay. Extremely disappointed and frustrated

Fine, but won’t stay again

Clean, nice room in a good location in Baltimore. Some issues: breakfast was crazy crowded, not enough seating and they ran out of stuff like oatmeal and coffee. There were not enough towels in the room; they came in to replace them and didn’t leave any washcloths. A much harder-to-fix complaint is that there were only two elevators and one is shared with the cleaning staff. So, you had to wait realllly long for an elevator (as you watch laundry bins traveling across floors). All in all it was fine, but I wouldn’t stay there again.

The room itself was very nice. We booked the hotel so we could go swimming and there was a complicated pool sign up system that was not advertised anywhere on the website. There were no slots available to swim until the morning which was a huge disappointment. When we finally did get to swim we found the pool was filthy, you couldn’t see the bottom, somehow full of sand even though it’s indoors. And lots of hair and other debris. When our hour was up we realized that there were no towels available.

Decent hotel between Fells Point & Little Italy. Walking distance to all attractions; safe area. Highly recommend Kneads across the street. Service staff was pleasant and helpful. Shout out to Charles! I would recommend adding a LM microwave & clock to room amenities. Broken ice machines were an issue for other guests. The lobby chair upgrade made for a good conversation starter with fellow travelers.
