Clean, beautiful modern hotel. Some front desk staff was friendly and helpful and accommodated our extra needs. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Bedding could be better. The pillows provided were flat and the hotel did not have any extra pillows when requested. Overall, the stay was very good.

Let me start with the property is VERY clean! Came for a work trip with my 3yr old husband and sister. The king bed was very comfortable and CLEAN bed. Mattress nice and soft pillows as well. Kitchen area was so accommodating given that I had a toddler with me. The kitchen had plates cups few pots and pans, cutting board cooking utensils EVEN drained to wash fruits or pasta.

I really enjoyed my Birthday Stay at this location. Not only was the front desk super helpful, but they even have a shuttle transportation that took me to the Amtrak (which was really important since it was just me for safety purposes). I felt so safe and my room was the most comfortable and beautiful thing ever! Spacious room, loved the set up and everything was just amazing. I can't wait to stay here again.

Never again HELL NO

Where do I begin ? I’m contacting my bank to get the $150 charge off my card because none of the amenities are on here . The location is out by the interstate unbeknownst to me . Check in over charged me for a $135.16 stay . She then didn’t have my room ready and mumbled without making eye contact “its just a $1 when it’s $15 over charge on top of that she was ready to get off and get her kids 3/28/25 3:06pm. Instead of vending machines , they have items already shelved to purchase not knowing the shelf life of these items or anyting , I had to make 1 Sunkist soda last all night . Breakfast was just me getting coffee because she told me til 10:30 am that they serve breakfast and I was down at 10:35 am 3/29/25 . In all, I’m not sure if the black check in lady like her job because I got down there to the lobby and she said the same thing to the shuttle guy , I can’t wait to get off and go home. Nevertheless , you have to call for the shuttle they don’t come to the airport which explains sitting out there for 2 hours at the airport. Also the restroom was nice but the person before me broke the shower fixture and no one has replaced it since .
