Nice, but be prepared
I really thought our room was nice but the parking situation was very frustrating. It was hard to ascertain where to pull on initial arrival. The self park was too far away in my view & actually very expensive for self-park.

We only stayed one night. We were in Towson for a family function and didn’t have time to do any time to investigate the surroundings. But it sure did look lovely. I would recommend the hotel to others.

It was a really good getaway, The people at the front desk were absolutely amazing. I will definitely be going back. And the area was nice, traffic wasn’t too bad. It’s got me thinking about moving down around that way.

I booked this hotel to spend the weekend with my daughter who attends Morgan State. It ended up being the worst experience I had ever had staying here or any other hotel. First started with check in where the person who checked me in was not welcoming/friendly at all. She also did not give me a welcome bag with water that I had received when we previously stayed there. I did get it the following day when I requested it. Upon getting into my room on Friday evening I went to use the restroom and one of the toilet paper rolls were almost done which meant it was not changed from the last guests. I told the front desk when I left an hour later to get something to eat. When we returned there were two new rolls on the sink. Again not changing the old roll from the previous guests. Next was a lot of noise in the hallway which consisted of yelling, arguing and a lot of cursing. I called the front desk and was told by an attendant that she would Try to come up shortly,. That noise was then followed by banging on the door by a guest cursing. I did not bother to call again as it would not change a thing. Next day we went down to the pool. The pool was cloudy, only 2 towels left to use. We ended up only putting our feet in and then leaving shortly after as 2 couples then entered and were loud and were kissing &hugging. Saturday more yelling then banging on doors which scared us out of sleep. I have to find another hotel when I return next month.

The customer service was outstanding, Jaziya at the front desk was very helpful and full of knowledge. Went above and beyond. The breakfast is excellent, large choice offered, the suites are large and spacious but most important VERY clean and comfortable. 5 star rating from my family!!

OuI hotel was very nice! It was very clean and the staff was generally very courteous. The complementary breakfast was also very very good! However, the one day We requested housekeeping be done (make bed, change towels) It was not provided.
