The check in process too way longer than I expected. Room had one light out over the bed, and one of ymthe outlets didn't work. Breakfast offering was very good.

I asked for a wake up call. Never got..my room was 206, needs a toilet adjustment and air conditioning vents need cleaned. Everytime i went to my room; the key did not work..that was a hardship..please give me a good credit so i can stay at HIE again.
