Best hotel in the area. A bit overpriced. But all hotels in this country have become overpriced. This hotel maintained the prepandemic services while must hotels charge more and have gone way downhill.

We arrived late at night. Check in was fine but the room temp was 78. No blanket on the pull out couch bed. The kuerig didn’t work in the morning and when we went to the lobby, we poured coffee. Got back to the room and it was ice cold. The front desk attendant watched us get the coffee. When we informed her that it was cold she just said coffee starts at 6. It was 5:45. So they let cold coffee and creamer, etc sit out all night instead of. Leaving it up. Bush league operation all around.

TV didn’t work. Front desk couldn’t help. They offered to move me to another room, but I had already unpacked. It was 5:30 pm on a Tuesday. For a 6 story property of this size, having only 1 employee on duty at 5:30 is a safety hazard

Fairly good but not great
Our stay was ok, but we were a little disappointed. My wife thought the mattress was too hard and did not sleep well. The breakfast was good, but repetitive. A few days in a row of the same veggie omelets and sausage, but no bacon. Wanted to plug my computer in by the desk but no readily available outlet. Microwave was pretty crappy. We enjoyed out stay at a Hampton Inn in Monroeville, PA along out drive out more.
