Excellent hospitality and customer service! Great manager, Jason, and staff, Brianna, Brandon, Corey, etc.! The staff attends to small details that heighten the guest experience e.g. wake up calls, check-in text messages to ask how you're doing/if you need anything, etc. There's a nearby Light Rail station to easily access downtown Baltimore. I enjoyed my four day stay. The rooms and the hotel are very clean. There's a shuttle available for nearby destinations. Very convenient.

Adequate but not great
Friendly service but hotel is in need of updates. The decor is dated and the walls and floors are in not great condition. Walls in hallways have bad scrapes all along the corridor. Bathroom flooring was in poor condition. The worst part was the odor. When I checked in, the room had a very strong air freshener odor that triggered my nose to stop up. In the morning when I awoke, that smell was replaced by a musty smell that was unpleasant. The bed was moderately comfortable, and the king room was very spacious. Staff were very friendly. Location was convenient for an early flight from BWI. I would not stay here again for the price.
