The young lady that did my check in was the nicest person I had run into during my stay. I checked in later in the evening, around 8:30pm. I was not offered the cookie this time. Other team members that I came across didn't interact even within 6 feet

It’s pretty on the outside…….I don’t think any rooms need to be anywhere near the trash compactor, or across from where housekeeping has to reload their carts (The staff is not the problem. It’s the design.) I had a party to go to, and I didn’t think it was even worth it to come back and stay my last night. Again, the staff was cool.

Only removed one star for property conditions. Room was super clean, but felt dated and lacked some attention to detail on the refurbishment, like being able to see the hole in the wall where the sprinkler head came out, uneven ceiling panels, and bumps/uneven flooring under the carpet. Was not able to control the fan on the HVAC. (need fan noise to sleep) or in the bathroom. Safe was locked and unusable. In the restaurant, the booths had water stains in the seats backs. Food was pricy for what delivered, like the bowl of tomato soup with the tiniest grilled cheese. we opted to eat elsewhere after that experience.

A quick trip to visit my son. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easily located. The bar is quiet and convenient.. The buffet breakfast was nice. Staff was professional and friendly. I will stay again.
