Two room had stained up sheets and linen. Floors were filthy like they hadnot been mopped. At minumum swiffer the floor. Signed up for king bed. Got ti fulls.

Think 3 times before staying and trust neg. Review
Arrived on 11/1 requested downstairs room for handicap and also non smoking room. Got a room upstairs and no elevator, the room stunk like it’s been smoked in for several years without cleaning. Sink was backed up so my husband went to front desk to let them know and the lady told him to hold on and she would be right back. Husband thinking after 15 minutes of wait she would come back with maintenance, wrong she came back and handed him a plunger and told him to bring it back soon in case anyone else needed it ( obviously a known problem). Sitting watching t.v. And 2 roaches chasing each other to the bathroom. Warm out that day so we turned the air on in the room to find it was so clogged it wasn’t throwing anything out but dust. NEVER AGAIN. No eooms left in the area within 30 miles as the Ravens played home this weekend. They also had faults advertising stating that there was a full breakfast when arriving they said they stopped that years ago after Covid. Why did they not take it down after a few years and their website. One way to bring people in. Definitely false advertising on their part. Hard to believe that the franchise days in allows this hotel to operate under their name because not all these days Inn are this horrible.

Don’t stay here should this even be your last option Dirty, no working smoke detectors (in 2 rooms), TV not working in first room, a couple appearing to be on drugs being evicted- cops were called - were causing quite a scene. Filthy staircases and so much more

Bad day in Towson
My room was finally ready around 3:20pm so upon entering room #209 I was met with a very pungent cigarette oder,the AC was broken and the room was very dirty.I immediately went back to the office and requested a refund since there were no more rooms available.I proceeded to drive all the way to Absecon NJ in spite of being very tired.I had intended to bed down for the night at the Towson Days Inn which wasn't to be.l want a refund.
