My family and I arrived and were given keys to our room. As we exited the elevator the hallway stunk from pot. We then saw a guy pacing the other end of the hallway randomly screaming. Walking to room a guy (looked kinda shady) pops out one door and bangs on another door which opens and he goes inside. I suspect they are housing homeless or some other program. Having prepaid we got another room on anther floor. Which was passable although the hallway still stunk from pot. I will never stay there again and recommend you don’t either. The front desk was friendly and seemed to acknowledge the problem.

The hallway smelled terrible. One lamp was out next to the bed. Advertised to have light blocking curtains but the curtains did not go across the whole window. Unused a pants hanger to clip them together

The breakfast was a joke. It consisted of cold coffee with a few stale pieces of English muffin and whole-wheat Wonder bread stuffed into store-bought sandwich bags. As for the condition of the room, there were stains on the sheets, which my wife and I had trouble explaining to our young daughter. And someone knocked on our door at 3:30 am. When confronted, a man answered, claiming that our room needed "maintenance." We refused to open the door and had yet another difficult conversation with our now-terrified daughter. This place has no business being listed on Expedia or any other aggregator.

The hotel was very conveniently located for us to walk to the convention center. My only concern were some unsavory characters that were in and out of the building, with no real security measures in place at the front door it seemed.

Pot Smell & Warm Shower but Comfy Bed

The hotel is relatively clean and the beds are comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful. The bath/shower water only maxes out at warm regardless of time of day, don't expect a hot relaxing shower. The entire hotel smells of marijuana, especially the lobby and hallways (even worse than a year ago, so not a one time thing).

Right across from CFG arena

Right across the street from CFG arena. Rooms need a facelift but had no problems. Staff was friendly & helpful. The only three complains were the "continental breakfast"- 2 types of dry cereal, instant oatmeal, bread, english muffins, packaged danish. Pitchers of milk, orange & apple juice. oranges & apples. Coffee was terrible. You have to pay $35 to park overnight & because we came earlier than 3pm- had to pay $20- really?? Will definitely stay again because of the convenience & staff but will be prepared in the future

Found bedbugs in my room, was moved to a room on the same floor. Hotel did not put this down in their records and manager was unaware of any changes to my stay when checking out early. Unable to get a refund.

The rooms arebdated, which normally isn't a concern for us, but the hotel was full andbwe had a luke warm showerbwhen it was 28, so a hot shower would have been nice, plugs were unstable, a few things like that. The staff was excellent!

Didn’t keep the halls to the rooms vacuumed. The same salt tracks from the snow was in the carpet from day 1 until day 5 when we left. Restaurant wasn't open so we didn't get to eat there. Had very little for breakfast. I had instant oatmeal one morning and the hot water was barely warm so oatmeal wasn't good.

This Hotel Is Right In The Heart Of The Inner Harbor Area!!! Plenty Of Places 2 Eat, The Train Stop, The Convention Center, & The Concert Arena Are Literally A Block Away!!! The Staff Was Pleasant, My Room Was Surprisingly Spacious More Like A Suite Than A Simple Bed In A Room!!! The Grab & Go Breakfast Was The Only Thing I Did Not Like As It Was Very Basic, So I Went Around The Block 2 Dunkin Donuts Instead!!! I Would Stay Here Again!!!
