The PAID breakfast was a continental meal, the selection was minimum. The tickets read: Complimentary, which normally means free or included. There was nothing complimentary about the breakfast, I had to pay for it and didn't have much to choose from for the cost.

There was only 3 people in interacted with that weren't extremely rude. I had an issue with something in my room and when I tried calling the front desk. It took so long for them to answer I walked down to the desk after calling from my personal phone. Turns out there was nobody there and I had to find someone else to locate the front desk attendant because they apparently didn't want to do their job. 10/10 do not recommend
