When called to find out if they has a hot tub was told yes but when we got to the hotel it had been closed for a month now. Also had a very rude person at the desk. Other wise room was clean hotel was clean and breakfast was ok.

For start as was not contacted.That pool and hot tuber closed and then when I get there to Check-in.they require a hundred dollar deposit that they for ten days

The room we was given had mold i bathroom and was told by staff it was not mold. Was able to get room changed. In middle of night stand for microwave broke. Was not given enough towels and wash cloths. Would not return

It was a very nice hotel. Close to Baltimore. Checking in the staff wasn’t too friendly. He didn’t explain about wifi or anything, but other than that it was a great stay. They offered a good breakfast as well. I would stay here again.

I was relocating from another state and I had to stay here for several weeks until my place was ready. Billy, Steve and Deepa really took care of me. Some of the nicest most genuine people ever. If I needed anything it was handled swiftly and with care. I 10 out of 10 highly HIGHLY recommend. I even promised to do “staycations” here and come back just to visit because the service was so wonderful.

Hotel needs facelift. While it's convenient in general, there are areas in the building itself that needs some upgrade, i.e. painting, carpets look dirty, entrance foyer needs to be more clean and presentable for checking in guests. Smell musty upon entrance.

Rooms are shabby, broken bathroom towel rack, luggage rack broken. Went for “hot breakfast” and it was warm, oatmeal was empty, coffee was almost empty. Took a few minutes to find someone and said there was not enough for two cups, he said I will take care of it, never saw him again. Eggs; not sure what they were but I could not eat them, no pastries or fresh fruit. Honestly, it was my worst hotel room. We spent eight days on the road with hotels every night with good food and accommodations. Very surprised the owners did not take better care. When we went to our room there was a young man at the end of the hall drinking a beer right by our room. It made us a bit nervous and concerned but it was ok. Weird people hanging in the parking lot. I would not stay there! Again the breakfast was ugly experience. Go to WAWA!!
