The coffee area was very dirty a couple creamers no w flavored creamers I noticed all kind of black marks on the floor in the room I couldn’t walk barefooted. When I called the front desk in reference to th parking lot getting filled up, people dressed up like going to a wedding, they parked and walked around and down the street One of the girls Give me a hard time about me patrolling the lot she’s not and hung up on me…I thought that was very rude. Just wondering why a couple weeks prior I had to put in a sheet of paper on the dash of my car, but, not this time. Anyway, I could go on…I stay at this hotel often, but, now reconsidering my options…

Front desk staff was amazing. They went above and beyond trying to help with a card issue. Came up with suggestions which solved the issue. They were very knowledgeable of the area and told us of all amenities that were available to us. I do not remember the young man’s name but he was working with Arianna. This will now be me BWI/concert going hotel. The room was very clean the bed was so comfortable we feel asleep before the concert was a little late be was refreshed and ready to party

Every time we visit the staff is so welcoming and attentive,. Always neat and clean, various eating options and close to arundel mills. We love it here..

The room was clean the bed pillows were not comfortable but the bed was good. Not many outlets. Outlets was only on oneside of the bed. We had a view of the back of the building. But the people were nice

Smoking area is right outside the door to registration. Guest was smoking weed while several families were trying to check in. Lobby doodles were opening and closing w each guest. Smoke was heavy in the lobby, drifted up on the second floor, lady at front desk kept apologizing and spraying room freshener. Rest of my review: very comfy bed and pillows, clean room, pleasant atmosphere.

Staff management horrible! Unsafe!! Smelly. Rooms furniture rusty., carpet dirty, tub and sink stained! Need new furniture. Chairs pleather peeling on the carpet. Towels were stained and ripped!!! Billing incorrect!! Overall I will advise anyone to read the reviews before booking a reservation and call any third party booking to complain and have them to reconsider partnering with this hotel!! Choice hotels need to investigate this hotel’s management! I was there for my brothers funeral and had to move and switch rooms several times due to the room and they had the nerve to up charge me!! I didn’t move hotels due no availability and I would come back to the hotel late due to all the final arrangements for my brothers funeral! I was mourning, grieving and exhausted!! The management team was insensitive and told me afterwards I should have moved to another hotel????!!!! Really very insensitive! Beware and do not stay with an establishment that has no empathy during a tough time of loosing a loved one!! Shame on you! Expedia I want my money returned!!!!
