The employee both nights was outstanding. Her customer service was top notch. Very pleasant and friendly. The parking is awful now. I had to drive around the building for 10 minutes to wait for a parking space to become available. I have been staying at the hotel for over 8 years. This last stay was the worse. My top sheet was dirty. The shampoo bottle was empty. The window seal in 206 is cracking and peeling. I will not post any pictures. My ask is that the new owner correct the renovation.
