I had to change rooms the lock on the door was broken or something people was smoking weed in front of the door the elevator didn't work kept getting stuck the room and halls stink

The elevator was broke. Had to keep walking up and down four flights of stairs. The water in the room kept running in the bathtub. Bathroom fan was hanging on a string from the ceiling. No extra toilet paper in the bathroom. The furniture was chipped so bad in large areas of the furniture. The smell of weed was on the floor. I was glad to leave and I will not spend my money to stay here ever again

Service wasn’t good

I had a pretty good stay. They had staff shortages which is affecting a lot of businesses and I get it. The only problem was I stayed a full week and only received service twice. I was never told about the service days. I have stayed here on numerous occasions and never had an issue with service. The front lobby man act like I was bothering him when I asked him about it and the sink in my room was stopped up for 4 of the days I stayed and I let them know day one.

We were there 8 days and they only made our bed once. Never cleaned our room. We had to ask for clean towels and wash clothes. They gave us 2 towels and no wash clothes The breakfast was outstanding. The woman that took care of the food was always busy cleaning and keeping the food filled and clean. She had a very positive attitude

Overall "dirty" appearance and smell when walked it. Checked in room, after 16 hrs of work, room smelled of cigarette and funk. Went back to desk and wanted refund, they declined. Man said " ill put you in a better room." Next room Was without the odor, but overall dirty feel; than i saw a bug crawling on the bed and hairs at bottom of bed sheets, that were not mine. Trashy disgusting place.
