The man that helped me with check in was amazing - I had accidentally reserved a king and needed 2 beds, he was so helpful in making the switch for me. The property is nice, the bar and recreation area are wonderful. The pool seems to have some permanent green algae in it - my son got a rash after swimming in it! Beds are comfortable, only complaint on the rooms is that there should be a small light in the bathroom! When anyone needs to use the baton the middle of the night, the whole room lights up!

My original room I booked had someone in the room when I went to the room. I went back down to the desk to notify the desk staff. She was great with giving me another room. The downside was the room they put me in was noisy as hell. You could hear everything through the walls and even others flushing the toilet. In the morning it was horrible I was awaken by construction and sounds of running toilets. This was my worst stay at an Aloft. I book Alofts everywhere I go and this was horrible!
