FALTA DE FLEXIBILIDADE NO HORARIO DO CHECK-IN
A estadia foi muito boa, o atendimento foi otimo e todos os serviços prestados foram de qualidade com resolutivida rapida para situações especificas. O check-out foi super rapido e sem complicações, NO ENTANTO UMA COISA QUE ME INCOMODOU FOI A FALTA DE FLEXIBILIDADE NO CHECK-IN, pois chegamos de uma viagem longa, cansados mas com uma certa antecedência dai fomos para o hotel pra poder yomar im banho e so depois almoçar, dai na recepcao fomos informados que teriamos que aguardar ate a hora do CHECK-IN, algo que muitos outros hoteis permitem ate mesmo porque no nosso caso o check-out foi feito muito antes do horario limite.

Fiquei 3 dias . Os primeiros 2 fiquei num quarta que tinha um cheiro insuportável de esgoto . Parecia que o sifão do banheiro não funcionava . No segundo dia troquei de quarto e o novo era excelente , sem cheiro e com uma cama muito confortável . Outro problema é que em um dos elevadores nenhuma tecla dos últimos andares funcionava , então era um malabarismo para poder chegar no meu quarto . Ninguém arrumou durante todo o período que estive lá , mesmo eu reclamando logo que cheguei . Tentei tomar um café no café do hall de entrada do hotel , mas nunca consegui . Nunca tinha funcionário para me atender . Do lado bom , as cortinas blackout dos quartos deixam os quartos bem escuros pra dormir . Algumas das pessoas do staff São bem simpáticas . O café da manhã é muito bom e os quartos , apesar de minúsculos , atendem bem a demanda e o preço é muito bom . Nunca vi tanto canal numa TV de hotel (muita variedade).
