Péssima qualidade de estadia

Funcionários da recepção são incríveis, principalmente a Bruna, muito atenciosa e cuidadosa. As meninas da limpeza também. Mas a acomodação deixa a desejar, móveis dos quartos muito antigos e em estado decadentes, o móvel do banheiro estava tão estufado que estava quase caindo, os chãos e tetos com buracos. O elevador nem se fale, não deveria nem estar funcionando

Muito ruim, no geral

Estadia razoável. Quarto ruim com camas desconfortáveis. O banheiro tem banheira mas não funciona, sem tampa. Ao ligar o chuveiro quente, caiu o disjuntor. O quarto tem apenas 1 tomada disponível, um absurdo! O quarto fica no 5 andar e o elevador só vai até o 4, sem acesso a pessoas com necessidades especiais. Solicitamos late checkout para 12h, o que seria horário normal para sair, mas lá a saída é as 11h. Não autorizaram. Inflexíveis. Piscina suja. Ambiente da piscina é molhado com pingos dos aparelhos de ar condicionado. No geral, foi uma experiência horrível.
