The owner and his wife were very friendly and welcoming, and the cleaning staff stopped by to chat too. Our rooms were very clean and everything in the rooms worked. Parking was readily available at no extra charge. We would definitely stay here again.

Changed our Expedia reservation from August 17th by phone to the 16th of August, and received verbal confirmation from "Harry"at Goodman's that it was done. Checked again on morning of 16th, again confirmed by phone with "Harry" at Goodman's that we had a reservation for August 16th , room # 16.We arrived at 10:30pm and were told by "Harry" they were filled, no rooms available. Harry sent us to an other less desirable motel down the road and we got a room at no charge. Harry said " he forgot" WE ARE NOT HAPPY CAMPERS OVER THIS EPISODE!

A great place to stay
Goodman's is a great place to stay. I was given a room that was actually a suite, with a kitchen and living area. It was very spacious! The location was quiet, safe, and convenient. Amenities, such as food and gas, could be found right across the street. I would definitely stay here again!

Beds were very comfortable and room was really clean. Harry and Amber quickly provided assistance with any minor issues that arose. Would like to have had more than 2 wall hooks to hang clothes but that was minor. Will definitely stay there again!

Clean and comfortable. The bathroom while small was clean and everything worked. But the lack of a counter top or even a small shelf makes putting your toiletries out a real challenge. There was definitely room for a couple of shelves. The proximity to gas, Tim Hortons and Wendy’s was a real bonus. Despite the highway nearby, there was little noise until around 7am when the hydro workers next door decided to hold a conference outside our room window.

I stayed in the man cave which was spacious and very comfortable. Although i wasn’t there to enjoy the accommodations, but the time i spent there was very comfortable…

The property was poorly plowed. Slippery walkway. Uncomfortable beds. And black water in the shower when turned on. Also was freezing in the room when we arrived. Took for ever to warm up
