The exterior of the building is nice, giving the idea that its the same inside. The smell on every floor was terrible. It was enough to make us almost puke. The staff is not very helpful or polite. Our room was the only thing we actually liked. Large fridge large microwave, and a tub in bathroom. We would have liked to make coffe in the morning but no coffee maker.

El cuarto no lo pudieron abrir estaba cerrado entonces tuve que dirigirme a buscar otro hotel el cual lo encontré muy lejos y demasiado caro por no tomar tiempo en buscarlo fue de verdad terrible confiar en la aplicación y en el hotel también tengo quejas de la aplicación la cual no me ha devuelto el dinero que me cobró lo que quiere decir es que pagué por 1/4 que no me pudieron abrir para usarlo y tuve que buscar otro hotel la mitad de la noche pagando una suma demasiado alto deben de poner más cuidado

Weekend stop

Check-in gentleman was very professional. Fourth level had a bad foul smell all over and room somewhat too, floors dirty. I had to get new sheets replaced because they seemed as they had not been changed with clean ones. Location wasn't the best, lots of trash in the parking lot.

Number for night clerk went straight to voice mail. After an extended wait an annoyed voice proclaimed the clerk would be down at some time in the near future. After the extensive wait. Date mix up and no attempt to cater to my situation. Not one.

Excellent Hotel!

This is definitely the place to be! They have a large microwave and full size fridge in every room! The staff here are so very nice and welcoming, we absolutely love it here! We have never felt so at home as we do here! Great clean rooms comfy bed! Pet friendly! Wonderful staff,I would give it 10 stars if I could!

No Housekeeping Services

No housekeeping service. Sheets were scratchy. For 2 people you received 2 towels and 2 washcloths. There was a basket in the room that you were required to take the linens down to the front desk in and exchange if you wanted fresh linens. That had to be done before 11 am. Although it is called suites, there are no dishes or pans or anything in the cupboards. If you plan to use the stovetop or the microwave you will need your own supplies. People live here so most people are not guests for the weekend.
