Extreme poor management

It is not acceptable that when I needs light and dryer, the building power cut off for almost more then half hour, which cause me delay to my morning meeting. The hotel did not offer me any discount to compensate this problem. Also the shower gel was completely out when I try to take shower. How can the house keeping not check that eveyday. Little things like that show me the management of this hotel is extreme poor. May not consider to go back there in the future.

Nice room but no microwave. Unusual for this chain and this type of hotel. Seriously bad breakfast. Not a nightmare but not a great stay. Usually seek out Hyatt Place so this was an outlier.
